Your path to a fixed, natural smile

Full-arch implant treatment is a carefully orchestrated process. Here is what most patients can expect from first visit to final restoration.

  1. Consultation & Imaging

We begin with a thorough exam, 3D imaging, and a conversation about your goals so we can design a treatment plan that fits your life.

  2. Personalized Smile Plan

Your surgical and restorative plan is mapped in detail — implant positions, prosthesis design, and timeline — with clear expectations at every step.

  3. Surgical Placement

Implants are placed with guided precision. In many full-arch cases, a provisional fixed prosthesis can be attached the same day.

  4. Healing & Final Smile

As implants integrate, we refine your provisional and deliver a final, custom prosthesis designed for lasting comfort, function, and beauty.

Porcelain veneers that look — and feel — like you

When subtle changes create dramatic confidence, veneers are often the answer. We design each restoration to complement your facial features, skin tone, and natural tooth anatomy — never a one-size-fits-all “Hollywood” template.

Precision surgery. Warm, human care.

Full Arch Smile was founded on a simple belief: advanced implant and cosmetic dentistry should feel approachable. Dr. Brian Diep earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC and completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Implantology & Third Molar Extractions at UniCamillus International Medical University in Rome, Italy.

His clinical focus includes All-on-X full-arch immediate-load protocols, complex extractions, sinus augmentation, and smile design with veneers and crowns. He is trained in moderate conscious IV sedation with BLS/ACLS protocols, and plans cases with CBCT-guided workflows.

As faculty for GIIA live surgery seminars, he mentors doctors in guided implant surgery and third molar extractions — bringing that same precision and teaching clarity to every patient consultation.

Whether you are considering a full-arch transformation or refining a smile with veneers, you will find a practice that listens first — then designs a plan around your health, timeline, and vision.

Answers before you take the next step

Still unsure? Reach out — we are happy to walk through any question in a no-pressure consultation.

What is full-arch implant surgery (All-on-X)?

Full-arch implant treatment replaces all teeth in the upper or lower jaw with a fixed prosthesis supported by typically four to six dental implants. Many patients receive a provisional set of teeth the same day as surgery, then a final custom restoration after healing.

Am I a candidate for full-arch implants?

Candidates often include people with failing teeth, advanced periodontal disease, or those who are unhappy with removable dentures. A consultation with imaging helps us assess bone volume, bite, and overall health to confirm suitability.

How long do porcelain veneers last?

With proper oral hygiene and routine dental care, high-quality porcelain veneers commonly last 10–15 years or longer. Longevity depends on bite forces, habits such as grinding, and how well you maintain them.

Is the procedure painful?

Surgery is performed with local anesthesia and, when appropriate, sedation options for comfort. Most patients report manageable post-operative discomfort that is well controlled with prescribed or over-the-counter medication and clear aftercare guidance.

How long is the recovery after full-arch surgery?

Initial healing typically takes several days to a couple of weeks for soft tissue comfort. Implants continue to integrate with bone over a few months while you wear a provisional prosthesis. We provide a detailed recovery timeline tailored to your case.

Do you offer financing or payment options?

Many patients use third-party healthcare financing or phased payment arrangements. During your consultation we can review estimated investment and discuss options that may fit your budget. Contact us at (626) 236-8787 or dr@fullarchsmile.com for details.

How do I prepare for my consultation?

Bring a list of medications, any recent dental X-rays if available, and notes about your goals and concerns. Wear comfortable clothing and plan enough time to discuss imaging results and next steps without feeling rushed.
